Structured programs that build real skills and lasting confidence.
What are Programs of Support?
Group-based programs designed to build independence — week by week.
Superior Care Disability Service offers structured, goal-focused group programs for NDIS participants who want to develop real-world skills, connect with others and make steady progress toward greater independence. Each program runs for 12 weeks with weekly face-to-face sessions in small, supportive groups.
Whether your goal is to cook more confidently, manage your wellbeing, explore a creative outlet or prepare for employment — we have a program built around it.
Five programs. One goal — building your independence.
Each program is delivered by trained, passionate support workers who genuinely care about participant progress. Sessions are practical, engaging and tailored to the group's goals.

Contact our teamWhat is the group size and does it cost me anything?
Programs run in small groups of up to 5 participants with one dedicated support worker — ensuring each person receives meaningful, personalised attention throughout the session.
For eligible NDIS participants, programs are funded through your plan under Capacity Building Supports (specifically Improved Daily Living or Increased Social & Community Participation). There is no out-of-pocket cost for funded participants. Our team will review your plan with you to confirm funding before you start.
How do I access a program through my NDIS plan?
Simply get in touch with our team — by phone or through our enquiry form — and we'll have a friendly conversation about which program suits your goals. We'll then review your NDIS plan to confirm funding is available and handle the setup with your plan manager or support coordinator.
If you're self-managed or plan-managed, we work directly with you or your representative to arrange access. For participants without current NDIS funding, fee-for-service options may be available — ask our team for details.
What skills will a participant actually build over 12 weeks?
Our programs focus on real, transferable skills that make a tangible difference in everyday life. At the start of each program, we work with each participant to set personal goals — and every session is designed to move them closer to those goals through hands-on, practical activities.
By the end of 12 weeks, most participants report greater confidence, improved daily routines, stronger social connections and measurable progress toward their NDIS goals. Skills learned in our programs are designed to carry over into home life, the community and beyond.
Can a participant join more than one program?
Yes — participants can join multiple programs if they have relevant NDIS funding and their goals align. For example, someone working on Independent Living Skills might also benefit from the Social & Emotional Skills program at the same time.
Our team will help you plan the right combination of programs to maximise outcomes without overwhelming the participant. We'll always put the individual's comfort and progress first.
Four simple steps to joining a program.
We make the process as straightforward as possible — from your first enquiry to your first session, we handle everything.
